A wonderful Experience located in Oxford Circus, London.
Enjoy a day of cooking and dining on mouth-watering Spanish delicacies. At this award-winning cookery school, learn to create classics such as chicken and prawn paella and special treats such as Pedro Ximenez sherry and raisin ice cream. Discover how to cook patatas bravas, magdalenas and garlic prawns, besides many other regional dishes. Provided on the day are all the sustainably sourced, high quality, organic ingredients needed. The day starts with a light welcome breakfast and ends with the students sitting down to their meal, which is accompanied by Spanish wines. Take home a pack of card recipes and continue to improve by practising these new-found skills.

Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Aprons are provided.
