A nice little Experience located handily in St. Austell, Cornwall.
Enjoy a private guided tour of the largest indoor rainforest. Originally a disused Cornish clay mine, the Eden Project was developed and opened in 2001. On this private tour for two, discover how rainforests keep us alive and how to help conserve them. Find a smallholding which grows cocoa for chocolate, compare the Malaysian garden to native British gardens and look out for the huge trading ship. After the tour, explore the remainder of the Eden Project biomes and gardens.
Tours run twice daily throughout the year (except August). The Eden Project is open seven days a week excluding Christmas Day. Please note: Eden will be closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays from, Monday 8 January until Tuesday 30 January and will fully open again from Monday 5 Feb 2018.
The tour begins at either 10am or 1pm and lasts for 90 minutes. Participants are welcome to stay on and explore the rest of The Eden Project following the tour.
The tour is exclusively for two people with a guide. The Eden Project is one of the country’s most successful attractions and is open to the public daily (except Christmas Day and Boxing Day).
Comfortable shoes are best for a tour. The temperatures are warm and vary between the biomes so dressing in layers is recommended.
No minimum age limit but at least one participant must be aged 18 or over. Wheelchair users are welcome at Eden Project (please advise details at point of booking).
The booking letter must presented at the Information desk in the main ticketing hall, also the meeting place with the guide. Closing times vary between 3pm and 9pm (see website for specific information on times and any special events).
