Head to the Seasoned Cookery School on the idyllic Catton Park estate in Derbyshire and learn how to cook Italian cuisine with BBC Masterchef finalist Sara Danesin. Master the flavours and authentic techniques of Italian cuisine during a one day cookery course. The Italian course and dinner party combine the best of Italian flavours to inspire at home. Learn the techniques needed to prepare seafood, to make silky smooth pasta from scratch, to produce a traditional Italian pasta sauce and how to make dishes stand out in terms of flavour and presentation. Create a delicious authentic Italian three-course meal and then consume the tasty Italian creations made for lunch, with the other budding chefs.
Weekday dates usually around once a month throughout the year.
Starts at 10.30am or 11.30am and finishes at either 4pm or 5pm. Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.

There is no dress code but comfortable clothing and flat, closed in shoes (as much time is spent standing) are recommended. An apron and all equipment is provided.
Both beginners and those with previous cooking experience aged 16 or over are welcome. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergies or specific medical requirements.
Free parking is available on site. The venue needs 6 weeks notice for cancellations or changes of experience date.
