A lovely Experience near Covent Garden, London.
Learn how to create delicious Japanese home cookery by yourself, with this three hour class at an award-winning, central London cookery school. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, get to grips with basic knife skills and different Asian and oriental cooking techniques, working to create delicious dishes such as gyoza, miso aubergine (nasu dengaku), chicken katsu curry and steamed rice. At the end of the class, when the cooking is done, sit down to enjoy the feast together with a glass of wine – delicious!
Once every two months. The school closes over the Christmas and New Year period and accepts bookings a maximum of six months in advance.
Classes last approximately three hours, with extra time for dining.
Expect to share the experience with up to 11 other cooking enthusiasts.
We advise wearing comfortable, closed-in shoes. Aprons are provided.
Minimum age is 16.
