Discover the art behind cooking melt-in-the-mouth pork belly with crunchy crackling during this class at Jamie Oliver’s state-of-the-art cookery school in Westfield, London. The cookery school’s expert chefs who have been hand-picked by Jamie to teach you how to cook Jamie’s favourite cut of meat in order to make an unbeatable roast dinner. Receive a glass of Prosecco on arrival before donning an apron and preparing a cut of pork belly, enough to feed between four and six people. Make homemade apple sauce and proper gravy and get tips on how to make the ultimate crackling. At the end of the class, tuck into a pork roll made by the chef, and take the beautifully prepared pork belly home to make a dinner that will wow friends and family.
Courses generally run on a weekly or fortnightly basis, times and days of the week can vary but are published three months in advance.
Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start. The class lasts around two and a half hours including tasting and eating time.
There is no dress code but casual clothing and closed toe shoes are recommended. An apron and all equipment is provided.
Those aged 16 or over are welcome. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergies or specific medical requirements.
Please bring a cool bag along so that you can take home your food with you.
