Watch the sun go down over London from an exhilarating high-speed Thames Rockets boat! Sweep down the world-famous river that divides the capital taking in the stunning London skyline, and don’t forget a camera! Friendly, knowledgeable guides are just waiting to share all the fun stories, kooky facts and fascinating gossip they’ve picked up through years of runs down the river, and this rigid inflatable hits speeds of up to 35mph so hold on tight! All this is set to a fabulous summer soundtrack put together by a top Hackney DJ, and to really set the mood as the lights of central London go on and the sky darkens, every passenger will enjoy a delicious Southern Fairy cocktail, made by the London Cocktail Club.
Thursday to Saturday throughout the year. Limited availability over Christmas and New Year period.
The weather shouldn’t affect this experience as trips go ahead in virtually all conditions, but please do call the venue on the morning of your experience if in any doubt.
Lasts up to one hour and 15 minutes, including your briefing, kit issue and around 50 minutes on the water. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the booked time. Departs at 7pm or 8pm.
Share the powerboat with up to 10 other passengers , plus a skipper and guide.
Friends and family are welcome to watch from the shore, but won’t be able to see much of the action. However, there is lots to see and do on the South Bank while they wait.
Wear flat-soled shoes. Lifejackets are provided (you may get wet). Please secure glasses with a safety strap to make sure they aren’t blown away.

All skippers are commercially qualified, with years of experience driving high-speed RIBs and lots of fascinating stories to tell about the history of the Thames. Take your booking confirmation letter with you on the day in order to participate.
