Spend a weekend in the heart of gourmet Kent at Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery School, personally designed and luxuriously finished. The course is led by Rosemary Shrager herself and introduces some signature recipes and dishes. Choose from foolproof French, Italian or British cookery masterclasses. After tea or coffee with Rosemary on Saturday, work in small groups to cook in state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, using local produce and learning new techniques. End the morning by tucking into a three-course lunch, served with a glass of wine. More hands on cooking and demonstrations follow on Sunday, rounded off by a three-course meal with wine. Finally, receive an exclusive Shrager goody bag to take home.
Runs at least one weekend a month throughout the year.
Runs from 10am – 3pm on Saturday and then 11am – 3pm on Sunday. Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.
The experience can accomodate up to 16 budding chefs.

Guests are advised to wear casual clothes and comfortable shoes with flat, non-slip soles and covered toes. The courses are very much hands on – the venue will provide aprons and everything else that you require.
Both beginners and those with previous cooking experience aged 18 or over are welcome. Some courses use induction hobs and therefore are unsuitable for anyone with a pacemaker (please check details at point of booking).
Lift access and workstation ramp available for wheelchair users. The school can accommodate for wheelchair users to participate, but it is best to discuss further details at the point of booking. Accomodation is not included as part of the experience.
